This mark is listed in Price Guide to Oriental Antiques as a Post-Nippon era mark.

This mark is listed in Joan Van Patten books "Nippon Porcelain" as Nippon mark #74 Paulownia with HAND PAINTED NIPPON and kiri no mon (paulownia) crest used by Empress of Japan. Note: The paulownia kiri no mon crest is an royal emblem used by the Empress of Japan. But it is unclear whether is a company named Empress of Japan.

This mark is the same as the mark above but with MADE IN JAPAN #73-2 Paulownia Hand Painted MADE IN JAPAN.  This mark is considered to be a TRANSITIONAL NIPPON mark and used during the latter Nippon era (Taisho period, 1913-1920).
