Found on Nippon Sharkskin Porcelain ware
Per Joan
F. Van Patten in her Nippon Porcelain Encyclopedia book Fifth
Series, page 75, the patent was "filed by Yasunosuke Doi, who is
also the inventor...filed on October 18 1909, and was allowed on
February 26, 1910 (as evident by mark)...inventor's address was
in Nagoya."
Patent information was obtained from Japan Patent Office but is in Japanese kanji and with partial translation (click here to see pdf file-2 page or individual pdf page 1 and page 2). Partial translation states the patent holder-inventor's name
